In my server i have a lot of web's, all with one ip.
For this i am using virtual dir. There is another solution.?
I need a root dir per user.

Several. First would be a third party FTP server. Next would be
naming the webroot folder of each site the same as the FTP user and
placing the web folders under the correct FTP folder (depends on OS).
Third, and maybe best, is virtual folders.
