Google the net for third party products.

or try webdav which support ssl.

You can check on what FTP over SSL implementations there are at
http://www.ford-hutchinson.com/~fh-1-pfh/ftps-ext.html#server - scroll down
a little way, and you'll see "proxies", which will allow you to use your
existing FTP server, but serve the data using FTP over SSL authentication
and encryption.
