Change user home folder paths in IIS 6 User Isolation Mode (w/o AD)?

Is it possible to change the paths for the user home directories when
setting up an FTP server using user isolation mode without active
directory?
We have an FTP server with dozens of existing users setup using a
different directory structure (x:\blablabla\homepages\<user's customer

Infos:
- Server side: Windows 2003 server web edition
- Client side: Windows XP SP2, IE 6
Trying to download a file from the client with IE, the download freeze
everytime at 84.2 MB withtout error message, without reason.
Any idea why ?... more >>

When trying to login to the FTP site from an external
source, I get the Error:
"An Error Occurred opening that folder on the FTP server.
Make Sure you have permission to access that folder.
Details: The Connection with the server was reset."

I set up FTP server on windows 2003 server using IIS ver.6.0. I di not
allow anonymous connection so everything is based on username and
password. I added all the accounts to my FTP home folder so whoever is
accessing my ftp has a full permission. Everything seems to be working
