Not able to connect means what? Most likely, active versus passive
connections and firewall ports.

I run a pretty "vanilla" FTP site, with Integrated Authentication.

All works well, if the client uses a "tool" (like CuteFTP) or a browser.

If they use a command prompt, they are not able to connect. They put their
username and password in but they are told they don't have rights to the
folder.

Is there some setting I am missing ?

Thanks

JM

IIS FTP only support anonymous + basic auth.
Post the output result when connecting via ftp.exe
