I have a simple ftp site up for our customers to download software. We have
one username/pwd to give to customers for uploading and downloading. We send
them a link to their customer folder. However if they wanted to they could
go back and see other customer folders. Ex: I send
ftp://ftpsite.com/customers/cust1 and if they wanted they could just go back
to the root of customers and see all other customer data. Is there anyway I
can prevent this? We would like to stick with just one username/pwd for our

You either can see all or you see none.
If you are using IIS 6, then try the ftp user isolation mode. With 5, what
you can do is create the customer folder as virtual directory and mapped it
to the actual path. Point your ftproot to somewhere else.

E.g. ftproot -> d:\ftpdummy\
virtual directory cust1 -> d:\ftp\cust1\
