IIS 6 FTP setup no domain -- iis ftp

I setup a FTP site with folder structure like this

inetpub\ftproot\myFTPSite(22.222.22.222 is assigned to this
dir)\localuser\myUser1

What access (NTFS and FTP Virtual DIR) rights I should assign to

ftproot
myFTPSite
localuser
myUser1

There are other issues but I want to get this right to isolate other
problems first.

Don't get you ! best practise is only grant access when is required.
in your case, you can remain all default permission, except for myuser1 only
grant myuser1 (full control or write), + system (full control) +
administrators (full control - if you allow admins to read)
