FTP Question smith

iis ftp: Hello, I have a very basic question,

I have FTP running on a windows 2003 server. I have a password policy with a
max password age of 45 days. How do i make it so that it propmts the users to
change the password when they try to login using the ftp client. None of the
users log in to the box directly, so when I give as user to change password
at next logn - that fails ...is there some other way of having a password age
and allowing the user to change their own password .. or atleast tell then
that their password is about to expire and they need to contact the system
admin?

Thanks

You can not do this from a FTP server as it basically is simply there to log
you on, and send or recieve files.

You can do this for a Web Server since you can run custom code on it.
