iis ftp : FTPClients user group on w2k3 DC

Is it possible to configure a FTPClients Group for users allowed to access
FTP on windows 2003 Domain Controller?
in windows 2000 Pro there's a group TelnetClients doing tha same for telnet.

Yes this is possible. Just create the group, add in the user and grant
access right to the group.
what problem you facing?

Sure. That's one of the reasons groups exist, to assign permissions
based on roles or functions and not by individual user.

Of course, 2 minutes of testing would have shown you this.
