iis ftp : Problem Upload Files into FTP

I'm having this problem from few days ago.

I connect normally to the server, I can send so many files to the =
server, but some files don't, I try with many ftp clients, and via =
command line, but the problem persists.

In the ftp server the error I receive is cannot upload files because is =
used in other process, something like this, I find all proceses, but the =
file isn't used.

If I connect via command line, I receive the error Connection closed for =
the remote host.

I try with other ftp server like SERV U, the trial version, but the =
error is still present

Any Idea.

Thanks
