Problem ftp through ISA from domain -- iis ftp

The current situation:
AD W2k domain with ISA2000.
When updating my website with client ftp software it can not be done except
from the ISA server.
But not from anywhere else in the domain.
Trying to connect to the ftp on the internet from anywhere else in the domain
will result in an connection faillure.
I did adjust settings on the ISA server for FTP, still the same result.
All other connectivity from the domain to the Internet works just fine.
Is there an workaround for this?

Have you test this without going through ISA?
It looks like ISA publishing rules.... anyway see if this help.
