iis ftp : Can't delete files behind a virtual folder

Hi. I have an IIS6 with FTP working service. Folders inside ftp's rootfolder
are accessible through ftp respecting its NTFSs rights, but *that* folder,
added as virtual folder to FTP service, let me PUT,RENAME,GET files but not
DELETE files or folders.

I've been trying with dedicated user who has "full control" rights and with
administrator user.

Also tryed to change ownership of *these* files and folders living at
*there* but it is still not working...

any ideas?

It pops me up a 550 error (access denied) when i try to delete whatever file.
But i can change the file name without getting any errors.

I was thinking and... this "ftp virtual directory" is a subfolder of the
main web service root, there is to say that content of that folder are
published to the internet through a IIS web service. Could it be 'him'
locking files preventing them to be deleted? What's about the rename action???

Thanks.

Hi guys,

Files did have READ ONLY flag active !!!!!
and the "Access denied" error definition made me go by wrong way.

Thans for your support.
