iis ftp:

What is the easiest way to set up secure FTP for Windows 2003 server?
Should I set up a ISA server or use certificate-based authentication within
the FTP server?

IIS ftp doesn't support SSL yet. And typically you secure the connection via
VPN or IPsec.
