FTP transfer issues Gary

iis ftp:
I have two Windows Server 2003 boxes. One has an MSFTP
server and the other one is being used to connect to the
first server by ftp (MSFTP client). I am receiving
an "inode is remote" message when I try to "put" a file on
the server from the client. The file is over 4GB. I have
read that the MSFTP client can only handle files of 2GB
yet I have transferred a 3.5GB file before?? Is this
correct? Is there a way round this other than using
another ftp client program?

ftp.exe is not reliable, you need better client app.

Hi Gary same problem here, solved putting the HASH on before the put
command.

Hope you solve too.
