IIS Web/ftp complicated problem

IIS Web/ftp complicated problem news.microsoft.com

iis ftp: Ok, here is my situation. I will accept any help at all.

Running SBS 2003 Standard Edition (No ISA)

Have a website in IIS (not a vdir) named "bpe", I need to also allow
ftp access to the same site for remote db admin purposes...how?

I need to lock down the web site, but still allow remote access
for one user only.

I also have several other multi-use ftp vdir sites that I want to set
up for one user each to access but they are all mapped to seperate
storage volumes on my raid 5 array. When I try to access them,
no matter how I do it, the only account that is allowed to access
them at all is the main Admin account on the server.

What am I doing wrong? NTFS permissions, IIS permission check out.
