cannot access the file because it is being used by another process" appear. I can remove the folder in windows explorer. I'm using Windows 2003 Server.
Mm.. not sure. anything else reading that files or folder ?

Ok - win32 error msgs 32 is

I don't think there any other process is using it.

I had just checked again. Seems to me this is problem of my firewall but not

I just discovered some interesting thing. The folder still cannot be deleted.
Using filemon, i found that after a FTP user had browse the folder, I find that IIS is still locking file. I even cannot delete the folder using Windows Explorer. This is normal, as IIS is locking it while you access and will only let go
