iis ftp: I had just setup a 2003 Server and also built in FTP server, I was able to
connect remotely and via ftp, upload files. Last night my Server took a dump
and wasn't able to connect remotely or via FTP. after searching online I
found a KB q169262 which has broken link or doesn't have any info. I was
wondering if anyone had this issue and where I can find the 169262 article

The article you're referring to is archived, I assume because the products
it refers to are out of support, and I can tell you that it certainly
doesn't apply to IIS 6.0 - it's quoted as applying to IIS 2.0 and IIS 3.0,
and the product has been totally re-architected more than once since then.

FYI it referred to an issue interacting with some Antivirus products, but
it's not related to IIS 6.0.

Do you have some further details on the crash itself? Bluescreens are most
commonly related to bad device drivers, and there could be some good info in
the error messages and memory dumps
