When I upload files to my web server, the changes are made on the site, but
the actual file on the server is not updated until later. So then if
somebody else accesses the file and makes a change, the files is reverted

I've just set up a IIS FTP server on a Windows Server 2003 machine.
For security issue, FTP users can't get directory listing.
They can only manually change working directory "IF THEY KNOW THE CORRECT
DIRECTORY NAME."

I'm trying to write a script to download *.csv file and rename all to *.csv
to *.bak. How would I do this? Please see my script:

If I connect to them with IE 6, it will only work with PASV disabled,
