Secure FTP virtual directories -- iis ftp

This is what I would like to do.....

Running SBS 2003 Std edition, IIS 6 of course

--I would like default ftp site anonymous read only

--vdir 1, with only admin and ONE user permission from outside

--vdir 2, with only admin and ONE seperate user permission from outside

I would rather not keep the vdir folders all within one another if possible.
In other words......

default, c:\inetpub\ftproot
vdir 1, c:\dir
vdir 2, d:\uploads

Can this be done?

I have been trying many different options this weekend and its not going
so well. I have tried creating seperate ftp sites with different ports and
my
hardware firebox x50 firewall doesn't handle custom ports very well.

In this case, grant iusr read only to default ftp root path,
grant related users permissions on vdir 1 and 2.

what is the problem you facing ? try connect and test it via ftp.exe
