iis ftp : FTP permissions settings to disallow getting directory listing.

I've just set up a IIS FTP server on a Windows Server 2003 machine.
For security issue, FTP users can't get directory listing.
They can only manually change working directory "IF THEY KNOW THE CORRECT
DIRECTORY NAME."
It's quite easy to apply this rule on an Unix machine by removing "read"
permission of a directory.
I have no idea how to apply it on the IIS FTP server.
Any thoughts?
Thanks. :)

Best regards,
Sunpoet

Rules:
1. FTP users are disallowed to get directory listings. That means "LIST"
command is disabled.
2. FTP uses can manually change working directory.

To hide folder in IIS ftp, you can make it a virtual directory. by default
virtual directory is hidden. of coz when you get in, you still can do dir
listing. Or you can do a 'blind drop'
