What ports to open for FTP besides 20 & 21? -- iis ftp

I have my FTP Server in the DMZ of my firewall. I have ports 20 & 21
forwarding to the FTP server but I still can't access it from outside my
network. Do I need to open any other ports for this to work? I have taken
off anonymous access from the site so was wondering if that makes a
difference.

FYI, you only need to forward port 21. and make sure outbound 20 is not
blocked.
First, try test the ftp connection at the local server, does it works?

then try ftp.exe from a remote machine. do you see the ftp banner? can you
login and do a dir listing?
