Is there a file size limt with using Microsoft's FTP client.

I've not come across one yet.... provided of course your drive is formatted
in NTFS, I've certainly moved very large files across.

the command line ftp.exe ? I tested once in W2k Pro, I guessed is 2gb. but
my test failed at 9XXmb
then I tried IE, drag and drop on the same box, I can go up to 2.2gb.
