Ok. Assuming your ftp server is up. then you logged off.
Now, go to another client machine, go into command prompt, enter
c:\>ftp.exe yourftpserverip
Then post the output here. you should see somethign like this
Connected to BBTestIIS6.
220-Microsoft FTP Service
220 banner
User (BBTestIIS6:(none)):
.....
then try login, dir listing, etc
