How do I delete files that contain illegal characters? I just checked my ftproot and there are a slew of obscurely named directories that appear to have been created by some intruder. anyone, I have ftp setup on windows 2000 advanced server edition. Any reason why using XP with sp2 has an issue connecting to my ftp? and Windows 2000Pro doesn't ? I am getting a permissions error message when I connect with XP SP2. I have checked all possibilities for a solution but...more >>

TCP Data is giving away the new 'pre-release' secure wrapper for ftp clients (ftps). You don't have to look at any advertising or supply an email address. Although it was mainly written for use with the new ftp server wrapper, it is functional with a wide variety of SSL based secure ftp servers....more >>
