I have a file server are running Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and recently i
have enable IIS 6.0 to run the FTP Server for mobile users but the ftp
clients have facing problem to access japanese languages folder & file.

I need to set up an FTP site so that each user starts in a private home
folder, but every user also has access to a common tree of folders (for
public downloads). If an FTP site is set up for user isolation, is there a

I have a script running on a <remotehost> that can currently contact a 2000AC
box and retrieve & then delete all the available log files for each vhost via
ftp, which looks like this:

I have an anonymous FTP (port 21) on my IIS 5 that I need to keep

When I make a telnet session to my FTP server on windows 2000, I get the

How can i disable the "Add FTP Location" when i try to open a new file from
MS Office. Everytime, i try to browse to a file, it can see the "Add FTP
Location on the browser drop down box. I would like to disable it and it

I have my FTP Server in the DMZ of my firewall. I have ports 20 & 21
forwarding to the FTP server but I still can't access it from outside my
network. Do I need to open any other ports for this to work? I have taken
off anonymous access from the site so was wondering if that makes a

I HAVE WINDOWS 2003 ENTERPRISE EDITION
FTP SERVICE IS AUTOMATIC
WHEN TRY LOGIN WITH FTP SITE NOT RESPONDING.
AND MY WEBDAV ONLY CONNECT ANONYMOUS MODE
NOT RESPOND WITH LOGIN AND PASSWORD FROM MY NETWORK PLACES.
CHECKLIST OF MICROSOFT IS OK.
