If you are using w3c extended format, it uses GMT timezone and this is by
design.

currently all my log files for the FTP users are reporting the wrong time.
for example an ftp user joe is logged in 4:00 AM and the lof files showing
a tottaly different time. Is there a setting on IIS where you set up time
for FTP. My ftp site is build on a Win 2003 server.
