Adding FTP Users Mike S

I am trying to setup FTP access on my 2003 server running IIS 6.0. I
have everything running, but I am having a problem adding users so I can
restrict access to the FTP site to a few users. The server is not AD
integrated and it is only running as a web server. I only need to add a
few users so we can work remotely on the site, but it doesn't see any
users from AD so I can't pull from there or I am in the wrong spot to
add them. I can log on as the administrator remotely via FTP, but I
don't want to have three to four people with access to the administrator
rights.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would create a Virual Directoy of the name of the ID of local accounts,
then give NTFS permissions to the directory that is pointing to the VD. So
when a user FTPs to the server they would go directly to their named
directory. I do this all the time and it works great.
