problem: ftp with Isa Server 2000

iis ftp: Ftp Server: W2k SP4.
Isa Server: W2k SP4 with Isa Server 2000 SP2

The problem: after a user outside my network (internet) connect to my ftp
and start to upload a file, after 1 minute the connection goes down with the
error: the connection with server was reconfigured
if I look on the windows events, after 15 minutes a event is created saying
that user was disconnect for timeout of 900 seconds.
This behavior start about 2 weeks ago. Anyone can help-me?

Assuming internal network doesn't have this problem, I would post this to
ISA newsgroups.
