Delete or Overwrite files not allowed -- iis ftp

Hello,

I have setup a FTP site on IIS 6 and Win2003. I have set a new user in
Windows and given them full control of the folder on the server and full
permisions in IIS.

However, while they can add files and folders, they cannot delete them or
overwrite them. Either the window crashes or it comes up with an error
message saying to check the permissions.

Are there any other settings appart from in IIS or the actual root folder
security settings that need to be changed?

Interesting. if you go to the machine itself and connect via ftp.exe

Can you, overwrite or delete any files? if not what's the error msgs ?
