iis ftp : IIS FTP sessions fail to complete.

We run an IIS 6.0 FTP server that is exhibiting some odd problems when
dealing with large files.

When clients connect to the FTP server using IE and download 'large'
(greater than 10MB) files, the dialog box continues to download the file and
indicates 3-5 seconds are left - constantly for as long as you leave the
download running. Data is transferred across the network throughout this
period. In fact, the file has completed being downloaded as it is available
in the destination folder.

If clients use either the DOS FTP client, the file downloads correctly
without a hitch.

Could this be related to one or more settings for either the specific FTP
site, or for the IIS server itself?
