iis ftp:
I have windows Server 2003 installed on my server, with IIS, multiple Local
(not domain) users. I don't have Active Directory installed. Each user
accesses its folder through Internet Explorer (FTP). I set up the password
for them.

How can they change their password and if I don't want them to access the
server as Remote Desktop Users (but just using internet explorer)?

Thank you.
