Uploading to another server? -- iis ftp

Hi,

I use dreamweaver 4 and don't have a problem uploading web pages to my site.
My problem is in trying to upload pages to another site on another web
server.
When I had dial up it was no problem , I had the other accounts dial up
number and other essentials but now that I have moved to high speed myself I
don't seem to be able to do this .

Any suggestions appreciated.

Post more detail..
a) OS detail
b) error msgs
c) try connect with ftp.exe to test first
d) check your dreamweaver4 setup...... try vendor's forum. this is for IIS
FTP only.
