iis ftp: Win2003 server with a single IP address.
I already have an FTP site which redirects users (using AD authentication)
to their home directories on port 21. I want to set up another FTP site on
port 22 to allow anonymous access to a folder which will be the same for all
users. It works from within the network but externally it says access denied.

I have allowed anonymous access.... logs all appear to show connection OK.
On the folder I have setup Everyone-RX and the IUSR account-RX as well....any

I would verify you don't have a firewall blocking port 22. SSH generally
uses port 22.

Setting to something else. if port 22 is control port, then 22-1 = 21 will
be data port.
After that alwaqys test it with ftp.exe first.... if you got error like 500
invalid port command, meaning your NAT is not translating it properly.
