iis ftp : Trying to install FTP services from SBS 2003 Premium

I have SBS 2003 Premium edition on my web server. I want to be able to FTP
into it for uploading of web sites instead of making countless cds with
addtions, corrections, and changes. I see that FTP services are in IIS so I
went to install them and now the prompt is telling me that it needs to copy
files from the standard edition. I don't own the standard edition and am not
willing to pay for another license for it just to get the FTP services

Completely uninstall ISS then re-install, including the FTP component.

standard edition? if your SBS is setup using premium edition, why does it
ask you for standard edition?
ftp is included in all SBS edition as far as I know...
