iis ftp : FTP Log On Issues

I set up the FTP server on Windows 2003 server. But when I try to log
on the FTP server, after I input my user name and password, nothing
happens again and again. I am not able to log on.

Any helps. Thanks,

what's the detail error msgs ? error 530?
