How to create user for FTP site in IIS 6 -- iis ftp

Hi All,
I have IIS 6, and I'm trying to setup ftp site. I setup the site but
can't figure out how to create/add user.

By default IIS creates a user name, I set password and try to access
from a client over internet but always user/pwd wrong.

I tried to setup both non-isolate and isolate mode but same result.

I'm behind router/NAT port 21 is open and webserfer works fine.

any help ?

Always test locally via ftp.exe first.

Can you login anonymously?

c:\> ftp localhost

???
