FTP transmission issue

The problem is that the FTP going out from the server will work for a
certain time then will fail pushing files.
Here is how it happens:
From the DOS prompt of the server
ftp (IPaddress)
UserName ftp_user
Password *****
cd Folder
cd Folder
bin

I can successfully upload, download, and delete files to my FTP site,
but I am not able to move a file from one folder to another folder...
My username has full control over the root folder.

Hi, I have a Windows 2000 server FTP setup and only the users have the
administrative right can login. I even try to assign the login rights on the
IIS to allow certain users to login to the FTP. But they still can't login.
Anyone know why? Or I have to manually change the local policy to "all... more >>

i am currently creating Virtual Directory for every user so that he is
