iis ftp: typical - we've got an FTP site, where every user has his own
directory.

i am currently creating Virtual Directory for every user so that he is
directed there.

the bad thing about that is that if the user is "jojo" the current
working directory is "/jojo"
is it possible to assign to every user specific Root Directory so that
in the ftp client it must be seen as "/" and actually it would be
"/jojo" ?

Have you tried using "Isolated" FTP users? I'm assuming IIS6.
