iis ftp : Blocking Administrator account to IIS FTP server

Synapse Syndrome

As the administrator account has a username that is too obvious to hackers,
I want to block administrator remote access to the FTP server.

In IIS manager> FTP account permissions, I tried giving the administrator
account deny permissions for everything, but I could still log on.

So how do I do this? Is this possible without the admin account being from
the local folders by NTFS permissions?

Cheers

NTFS would be the best level for defense for this.
As removing some of the admin rights e.g. logon from network, etc, might
break other functionality of the box...

You should rename the administrator account with an less obvious name, then
create another account named administrator and lock that one down.
