iis ftp:

I want to know what the best scenario is for my ftp problem.
i have a ftp server that gets quit a load,and this will be more in the near
future,
I want to install another ftp server for load balancing , what is the best
scenario .
the servers are in the perimiter and windows 2003 server standaard edition
is running.
My intranet is windows 2000 active directory domain, DC running windows 2000
advanced server.
firewall to the internet is a cisco pix.
all the comments are very welcome

For load balance you can try setup NLB,
http://technet2.microsoft.com/windowsserver/en/technologies/nlb.mspx

if you have a centralize fileshare, then you can map it to the fileshere. or
you can replicate the two ftp servers content via robocopy and any
replication software.
