FTP connection resetting -- iis ftp

We have always some connection resetting when we download big file (more than
200 MB) on our IIS 6.0 FTP server.

We don't have any problem when we upload the same file.

We use Filezilla as FTP client in passive mode.

Is there any parameter to change in our FTP configuration to avoid this
problem ?

For passive mode, the changes I know is the passive port range... nothing on
connection reset.
