iis ftp : cannot access ftp site internally

Hello,

I'm running Windows 2003 small business server.

I setup an ftp site and I'm able to connect when outside of the company's
lan. When I try to connect internally, I get "the server name or address
could not be resolved". I've also tried with just the internal ip
(ftp.10.0.0.1) and the external ip for the server and I'm still getting the
same message.

Any help is appreciated.

What did you figure out because I have the same issue only the error I get
is "page cannot be displayed".
