iis ftp:
Our FTP server running on W2K3 Std. gets a lot of login attemps by an IP
using the administrator username. The IP's are the same during each attack
but change from day to day. Is there some program that will catch that IP and
deny that IP access to the server? Or something else to deny that IP a
connection to the server after repeated attemps?

Not natively.. while many users have ask for the same feature. I personnaly
think blocking at IIS level won't help.
The best deal will be having a smart firewall or IDS to block it at that
level.
