iis ftp: We have been getting frequent W3SVC crashes on our IIS web servers. At some
points IIS will get completely turned off till we manually restart.

The predominate error message is this:

Should post it to IIS General. this is IIS FTP group.
You might want to try debugdiag to debug the app then post the log to the
IIS General group.
