group:FTP keeps asking for username/password
iis ftp:
I have an FTP site setup on Windows 2003 R2.
I have a user that logs on to the site. They are able to get into the folder for a quick moment. After a few seconds, it asks for the Username and password again. It will keep asking and asking for the login credentials. When I try it from home, I have no problems. Is this an issue on the server side or our company firewall? Or Is this a issue on the users computer? What should I do? Thanks, Jasper

It does not happen locally and I can connect using ftp.exe.

So what keep prompting you for username/password?
