Well seems to be a normal problem that i can't find a clear answer for
[19:33:57] 530 User user cannot log in, home directory inaccessible.

I'm trying to set up an IIS FTP site with multiple directories, but

I set my passive port range to 10 ports and then opened them on the windows
firewall.
I have also opened ports 20 and 21.
With the firewall off, the client requests a passive connection and data
connection gets made on a valid port in the range I set.

I have a site with ASP pages running on II6.
Anonymous logon have no permission.
- when an administrator logon everything is working fine.
- when an user logon he can see te index page (only html) but when he

We're running ftp on a Windows 2000 server.
Before our harddrive failure last week, we had specific folders for
customers that they would automatically get routed to when they logged in

I'm sick and tired of all the attempts by hackers to connect to our companys
FTP server. I want to switch to 50020 and 50021 for example. We do use a
firewall appliance and have enabled TCP connections for the new ports.

Hello,
I was wondering if Windows 2003 server can be setup to pass Domain users
right through without asking for a username and password? This is only for
internal users only. I wanted to drop some scanned documents into the user's
folder. We are using isolate users setting in IIS 6.
