How to automate FTP virtual directories reconfiguration?

Hi,
I have more than 100 virtual FTP directories. I need to change network share
parameter in all of them. Is there a way to automate this process?
Currently I have them as
\\server1\ftp\xxxx\inbound
I need to change it to
\\server2\ftp\xxxx\inbound

i am running a Windows Server 2003 standard Edition & IIS 6.0 FTP .
I am trying to send a number of files to FTP server remotely. Normally, 20

I am trying to setup some virtual directories to allow certain authenticated
users to write files to these directories.
I have Write permission on the properties for the Virtual Directory and NTFS
change permissions for the users.

Is there a maximum speed for FTP transmission?
I have an ftp server in my dmz and ftp'ing to it gives me a max of about
400kbps...while copy and paste directly to the drives can go as high as 45
megs...
any help is much appreciated...

Hello
I have two servers: 1x Windows 2000 Server Standard and 1x Windows 2003
Standard. Both I have the same configuration. The ftp directory points
the a share on a Network Applicance box. I have also different mounted
network drive which works perfect (means I have no permission problem).

We have an IIS site running under windows 2003 server. People who have

I have run into a strange problem running FTP with a batch file.
The batch file is used to run various NTBACKUP backup operations, then FTP
the backup files to a different server.

The error is the 530 cannot access home directory.
I made this steps:
- install ftp service in my domain windows server 2003 R2;
- create a group Ftp Users and set this group log on locally (how can I test
it?);
