Hi All,
I work for a company that delivers reports to customers via FTP

PUT yes, GET no: is this possible?

Is it possible to allow an FTP user to have the ability to PUT files, but not
the ability to GET files?
I've seen this article (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/237987)
describing a bug that might produce the scenario I desire, but is there a way
to produce this intentionally?

I can't seem to find anything on the subject of multi-part downloads. Does
IIS 6 FTP support downloading a large file into smaller parts (say a 1GB file
broken down into 5 200MB files simultaneously)?
I know other FTP servers can do this but what about IIS 6 FTP?
Thanks
