I installed a Windows W2K3 R2 64bit server and enabled FTP server for
internal use. After I installed SP2 on W2K3 server, I cannot connect FTP
anymore. But if I turn Windows Firewall off on that server, FTP works fine.

Not listing virtual directories

I'm configuring a ftp site through IIS6.0.
I can only see the files and folders that are in the \inetpub\ftproot\
directory. I've added more two locations through virtual directory but they
don't get listed when I use IE or ftp.exe
Any ideas?

How can I check from an ASP page whether I am able to connect to a
particular FTP site or not. If not I could try to connect through HTTP.
This will help me to decide whether I should use FTP or HTTP for file
uploading.

I'm trying to setup a FTP server on a Windows Server 2003, so anonymous users

We have installed a windows 2003 server recently.
At present we have a standalone ftp server running on an old pc for a number
of customer accounts, so we can serve files or upload files.
