iis ftp : permission chmod on ftp server IIS?

can I use the chmod command in ftp server resident in IIS6?

No. There is something else that can be used to do the same types of things
though, it's probably commands you have to send with the FTP client rather
than something that runs on the server.

This is not part the ftp protocal.
For NTFS permissions try windows explorer or icacls.exe
