iis ftp : Not listing virtual directories

I'm configuring a ftp site through IIS6.0.
I can only see the files and folders that are in the \inetpub\ftproot\
directory. I've added more two locations through virtual directory but they
don't get listed when I use IE or ftp.exe

Any ideas?

This behavior is by design, virtual directories are not listed in dir
listing.
